Tehillah (the-hil-law) praise is one of my favorite types of praise. It is the Hebrew word for praise.
It's meaning is:
To sing, to laud, laud here means to praise, or song of praise. A spontaneous new song. Singing a melody from your heart. It is a type of singing that is unrehearsed or prepared.
