Has praise lost its relevancy in our church services?

I am a worshipper first, then a Worship leader at Northwest Believers Church located in Katy, Texas. Spontaneous worship is one of my favorite forms of worship. I love mentoring the younger generation on how to flow and hear by His spirit. In the current days we live in, having a worshiper's heart towards God is so vital to our daily walk with Him. Has praise lost its relevancy in our church services? I have been leading worship for many years, and throughout my leading it seems that praising the Lord can be a challenge for some people. I have also witnessed this in larger and smaller congregations. This can also be true for worship teams to have challenges of entering in and flowing in it.
