Have you, worship leader, worship team member, pastor or a member of the congregation ever really thought about your sound engineer? If the average person could answer right here, they would probably say, "I honestly never thought about them". The sound man is probably one of the few positions that goes unnoticed not intentionally, but in my opinion is one of the most needed and important areas to make a service flow properly and orderly.
