Researching new songs, putting together a band, running rehearsals, using electronic vs. acoustic drums, writing a set list, putting the song in the right key, arranging, managing decibels, choosing a cappela vs. instrumental, using hymns vs. choruses, mentoring novice musicians, choosing soloists, buying software, replacing XLR cables, writing prayers, determining the length of the set list... AAAARGH!
