I began a series a couple weeks ago called, “Lessons from the Potters.” You can find them here: Part 1 | Part 2. Today, we move on to Lesson 3. We’ll call it, “The Waiting.”
Most people are familiar with the fact that wet clay is spun on the potter’s wheel as the potter shapes it into the art he or she envisions. A pot can be thrown relatively quickly, but that is a tiny piece of a very long and intentional process of transforming clay into the finished product.
